Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of another person, you confirm you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Angel App allows you to log and organize personal sightings of angel numbers and spiritual patterns, attach photos to your sightings, browse a curated library of spiritual meanings, create private personal categories, and generate visual Memory Recaps from your sightings. The Service also offers optional paid Subscriptions with additional features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 17 or older. We do not knowingly allow users under 17 to create accounts. If we learn a user is under 17, we will delete their account and associated data.

4. Accounts

To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@officialangelapp.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Your Photos and Content

Photos and sightings you upload ("User Content") remain your property. We do not claim ownership over your User Content. Your photos and personal data are private to your account and are never visible to other users. Angel App does not use your photos or personal content for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than providing the Service to you. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and represent that you have the right to upload it and that it does not violate any law or infringe any third party's rights.

6. Custom Categories and Feedback

Custom Categories you create are private to your account and visible only to you. Feedback or support messages you submit to us may be used, without compensation to you, to operate and improve the Service.

7. Subscriptions and Payment

Certain features require a paid Subscription. By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) through our third-party payment processor.
• Automatic Renewal: Your Subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged at the then-current rate upon renewal.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or through the App Store or Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access to paid features until then.
• Refunds: All Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your current billing period, but you will continue to have access to paid features through the end of that period. Refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google are subject to their respective refund policies.
• Price Changes: We may change Subscription pricing with advance notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

California Automatic Renewal Disclosure: Pursuant to California's Automatic Renewal Law, your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the rate disclosed at checkout unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Upload content that is obscene, hateful, harassing, or that infringes another person's rights
• Attempt to access another user's private photos, Custom Categories, or account data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation or security of the Service
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

9. Disclaimers — Not Professional Advice

Angel App is intended for personal, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only. Content relating to angel numbers and spiritual meanings is provided for inspirational and informational purposes and does not constitute professional, medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Do not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional guidance. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, text, and graphics, is owned by Angel Empire LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party services including payment processors and cloud infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angel Empire LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Angel Empire LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
